We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our Finance team. This newly created position will play a key role in the organization as it embarks on a planned industry leading expansion and facility upgrade, resulting in a much-enhanced programming schedule across all disciplines. The ideal candidate will have relevant non-profit experience and will be a key team member. The position is hands on with high exposure to the executive team and the Board of Trustees, working on all phases of the accounting function. The successful candidate will work well independently, multi-task, be a team player and collaborator with the Chief Financial Officer and other colleagues in a dynamic environment.

The Facilities Assistant, reporting to the Facilities Director, supports the daily activities and operations of The Watermill Center, with a focus on building and grounds maintenance. The role is a part-time position working from Thursday to Monday.

The Development Manager is a position reporting to the Director of Institutional Advancement and works closely with the Managing Director and Artistic Director. Working alongside the Development Team, the Development Manager is responsible for fundraising efforts related to individual giving, sponsorships, memberships, and special
events. Integral to this position is relationship building and donor stewardship, both locally and internationally.
This position also works closely with the Director of Institutional Advancement and Managing Director to help create a thriving, sustainable culture of philanthropy in support of The Watermill Center's programming and operations. The
Development Manager should have an administrative and fundraising background with strong self-management, organizational, and communication skills.
